@PANDEAD2 A lie is still a lie even if it comes with a bow tie. I agree that we need alternatives to our oil based economy NOW. But false scientfic conclusions driving a TAX BASED SOLUTION can't work. The Sun will decide when the Earth cools down. The Viking's vinyards in Greenland grown during the medieval warm period A.D.800-1200 are now covered in ice. Let's change the way we treat the Earth based on truth. What have we solved with tax money? Poverty? War? Drugs?Crime? It won't work

@jdlaxer Yes, and those coal fired plants will be operating whether electric cars are plugged into the outlet or not. The big question is do you want millions of autos stuck in traffic burning gas or not polluting as in ELECTRIC CAR! I don't understand what you want out of this. Billions of dollars of "energy credits" will not solve something we cannot control. These are energy "loopholes" that work just like our fatally flawed income tax system. The big polluters will keep on polluting

@jdlaxer GREENHOUSE GASES ARE NORMAL. HUMANS AND ANIMALS BREATHE OUT GREENHOUSE GASES AND PASS FLATULENT. THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS THAT GLOBAL WARMING IS NORMAL. GLOBAL WARMING HAS BEEN OCCURRING SINCE THE PEAK OF THE ICE EPOCH THAT ENSUED WITH THE GLOBAL FLOOD OF NOAH WHICH PRODUCED THE ENERGY NEEDED TO EVAPORATE ALL THE WATER TRANSPORTED TO THE POLES. SINCE THEN THE OCEANS HAVE RISEN AT LEAST 120 METERS. ONLY THE SUN HAS ENOUGH ENERGY TO MELT THE GLACIERS IN THE INTERVENING 4000 YEARS.

@HISTRUTHBEKNOWN I don't think you understand the idea of a greenhouse effect.The sun is still heating the earth, the greenhouse gases are disallowing the suns rays to reflect back into space.There have been multiple studies that draw the same conclusion,greenhouse gases are accelerating the already warming earth.Nobody is denying that the earth isn't supposed to warm they are arguing that we are making it warm much faster than it is supposed to. Also, "what if we improve the world for nothing?"
