  • For me, low carb, and/or low calorie has better results than low fat diets. I guess eveybody is different.

  • sounds like you could find the middle ground of where you can eat a moderate amount, be happy, then stop.... stop the extremes of starving or pigging....

  • you should pick up the pieces and start again.. don't let the external control you, you had the desire before...u can get it back.. u need to program your mind that fast food is just what it is, fast junk food that your body can't use... u need to find the real reason why you overeat.. but u can do it.. DON'T GIVE UP! You need to change your thinking about food..now get up and do it! We are cheering for you!

  • You can do it! I know how hard it is to quit. Once I was sick from school and I decided to get a bag of chips.. but they had them for 2 half pound bags for $5 and I got 2 bags and ate them both in a day and a half. And it was sooo hard not to go back there. But oh well!

  • I disagree. I have been smoking for 5 years, I would rather give up Sodas and sweets any day than quitting smoking cold turkey. It's too hard.

  • 309-279 - This tells you that you were a bit husky due to over-eating/ bad diet/ eating at bad times rather than bad genetics.

    Not saying it's bad but I'm just saying you can't blame it on bad genetics because you're really just fine :P

    Just eat less of your favorite foods, but you can enjoy them. You need to take like 20 minutes to actually feel like you're full, so eating fast is big nono too

  • I have such a hard time getting back on track after having pizza. It triggers me soo bad. Then to deal with the stomach stretching that happens leaves ya grumblin :( I had a bad week last week too. We recover together :) It is an addiction. We are #1 responsible, yet I think the fast food industry makes it addicting too.

  • well, i wish i had lost amount of weight too.but i think being of the track for a little while, can help to feel better and going back on track.i´m one day off in a week and this works for me.but for the food-thing i´m like you.i ALLWAYS think about food.food, food, food.if i could like i could as a teenager, i would eat everyday PIZZA, and BURGER´s with PEPSI.besides this, you sound really honest in this video.one of your best videos!so, do not give up, and fight.Forever Mine
