DETECTIVES SEEK SUSPECT IN OPEN AND GROSS LEWDNESS INVESTIGATION




The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Sexual Assault Section is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect related to several Open and Gross Lewdness cases involving juveniles. The incidents occurred on November 16, 2013 between the hours of 5:30 and 5:40 a.m. in the area of Tree Line Drive and East Charleston Boulevard near Las Vegas High School.




In each incident the teenage victims were walking to attend a school function when they observed the suspect driving a white sedan. He approached the victims offering a ride then proceeded to expose his genital area. The victims were able to get away and the suspect drove off.




The suspect is described as black male adult in his early twenties, standing approximately 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds. He has a deep voice and was last seen wearing a plain white t-shirt and dark colored basketball shorts.

The vehicle is described as a newer model possibly 2009, white Pontiac Grand Prix with a visible dent on the passenger side front door at the door handle.
