@MosesWithAStick intonation is what you're talking about; if a guitars intonation is off then the higher you go up on the neck it usually gets more and more out of tune.(and each string has a seperate intonation) but you can fix it quite easily. i recommend looking into getting it intonated. (you can do it yourself or get a pro to do it for you) I'm sure there are a thousand videos on youtube about it.

@MosesWithAStick You just need to get the intonation set. Most guitars have this problem right out of the box. I would recommend a professional setup on your guitar, or looking up tutorials on how to set intonation etc.

@MosesWithAStick you know, like step by step kinda thing. like what are the chords for the verse and stuff like that. escpecially the riff for the intro, that's really cool. :) if you don't mind, of course.

@mharko018 thanks - i think it was just the guitar, on alot of guitars in the higher frets it will be out of tune because of the quality of craftsmanship. trying my best still!
