Deleting Windows Glitch

This is a common glitch that can be accessed several ways, I just happened to find it by Fix-it Utilities, a computer maintenance program.

Oh, and if I get any "Omg you didn't rlly delite windows u stupid ____" Then it'll get deleted don't bother.
