Darrius Heyward-Bey was the top receiver taken in the 2009 NFL Draft when the Raiders selected him seventh overall. He turned in the fastest 40 at the combine, helping the former Terp jump ahead of names like Crabtree and Maclin. A talented young team, Heyward-Bey along with JaMarcus Russell and Darren McFadden, should make the Raiders a force in AFC West.

  • Y'all people r stupid 2 think this dude is good..I came 2 scope this video cuz I knew sum of u stupid ass raiders fans was gonna say he's good when really he's fuckin garbage..lol

  • This foo skollviking said Heyward-bey is better then crabtree lmao...that's fuckin comedy..ahaha...fuckin dumbass u don't know shit...when they played eachother crabtree had a 33 yard td...did heyward-gay get a td ?? Lol...don't think so fuckin idiot..lol

  • this guy is an unbelieveable talent because he has one of the best electronic 40 times in the draft but all the other guys that have 4.2 and 4.3's are 170 or 180 pounds but he's a good 30-40 pounds bigger, its really impressive how he's so fast and big

  • @xmetalhead17 hes better than crabtree

  • heyward bey is a great guy hust keep up the good attitude and work hard

  • he was a mistake!!!

  • heward-bey will be good the minute he leaves the raiders..every player that goes to the raiders just collects a pay check and leaves. This is why jamarcus ended up how he did. he looked to other players as the example to how he should emulate himself, but most of the big name players (minus nnamdi and a few others) just kick back, relax and hit the cruise control. Im not a bit suprised by what happened to jr. Player development is what the raiders really need to improve on.

  • @victoriaVIPER whats his job? to make their receiving core look bad? he had 9 rec for 124 yards and 1 TD

  • this guy is a great example of a WR..

does his job and keeps his mouth shut..

    keep humble keep raiding...

  • I don't know why the raiders drafted him so high, but this dude can play. He's not so much quick as he is fast, but if he touches the sidlines it is a wrap in college or the nfl - it's just not so easy to get to those sidelines in the nfl ask Reggie. A coach would have to design plays to get him open, like a few pick plays and i think someone mentioned screens would be good.
