Guided Healing - Golden Light - Energy Body Cleanse

In this Guided Meditation session WE in invite the Golden Light of the Christed energies in to our multi-body systems. We will allow its healing power cleanse and purify our energy field. You will look into a magic mirror that will show you the energy body. All dark or muted colors will be cleansed and released by the Golden Light. As the Light enters in through the breath and the top your head, the negativity is washed away and all the colors are brightened. You are invited to use this opportunity to let go of any beliefs, emotions or thought forms that manifest as darkened colors in your field. You may let go of former attitudes and perceptions that and now outmoded. Your Higher Self will over see this process. It will continue even after the video is over. Stay in meditation, or replay the video until you feel you totally cleared.

I call forth the golden light of the Christ Consciousness to enter into this place and this time.

Allow yourself to take several deep breaths.

Exhaling completely.

Relaxing your mind and your body and your emotions.

Allowing this golden light to enter in through every breath you take, as you exhale tension. Just relax. relax. relax.

Just imagine a mist of fine, golden light descending upon you in a pillar that surrounds you and this entire area.

Just breathe in this light.

Feel the warmth, the safety, the protection.

I call forth to your higher self and I ask that you guide and oversee this process allowing this process to be completed within your framework, within your timing, and by your strategy according to the needs of the listener.

Now, I'd like you to relax even more deeply; receiving this healing light into your body, into your mind, and into your emotions. I'd like you to imagine just in front of you is a mirror in which you can see a reflection of yourself.
You can see your energetic body. You can see the chakras, the chi meridians and all the energies circulating throughout your body,emanatingoutward making up your aura. Notice that your thoughts and emotions manifest in reflections within this mirror showing contrasts in the changes within the colors and patterns of your energetic field. Notice that as you tune into the golden light that is entering in through your breath and through the top of your head, manifests as more radiant colors within you, purifying and increasing the vibrance of your energy body, elevating your thoughts and emotions in alignment with your higher being.

(I'd like to ask your unconscious mind to connect with your higher self. Connect with your inner teacher, with your superconscious mind.)

And now imagine that as this light enters into your body, it cleanses and removes all those muted colors and particles of dark matter that may represent negative emotional patterns or thought forms; belief structures that do not serve you. Negative emotional experiences and memories from the past, internal personal limitations, of every kind that are no longer necessary for you to carry with you can now be cleansed by this golden light as it washes it away like a rain that washes away the dirt from the trees.

(You can choose. You can choose. You can choose.)

Allow this light to gently cleanse and purify and disolve all past beliefs that no longer serve to promote your well being or your empowerment; cleansing all those thoughts and ideas about yourself and this world that are destructive or harbor the seeds of unworthiness and discord.

(You are perfection. You are truth. You are beauty. You are the I AM presence.)

Releasing judgements, releasing fears and all of those ideas that support them. Just allow them to be dissolved by this golden light and notice that as each of these things is removed from your body, the colors and patterns of your energetic field become brighter, more harmonic, more symmetrical, balanced and integrated.

(You are pure. Perfect and eternal.)

If there is any resistance that comes up, just allow that to be cleansed away by the golden light. You may wish to hold on to ideas andthought-formsfrom the past but you can now use this opportunity to release them and all the subsequent fear and pain and sorrow and limitation that goes along with them.

(You are the light. The light is you. You are truth.)

Continue to visualize the cleansing until you feelyou'vebeen sufficiently cleansed of all dark or muted colors that you see in the mirror.

(You are perfection. You are truth. You are beauty. You are the light. You are the vessel for the light. You are the I AM presence.)
