not all premature babies are a result of smoking. I find it offensive since my baby was born premature and I did not smoke or anything of that matter. I know you took this commercial too far.

But this ad doesn't target that , it targets the tobacco company and how ignorant a comment like "some women would prefer smaller babies" is .
