Probably the only humorous scene in the whole movie. This is when Robert Loggia's character flips out on a driver who was bumper riding him.

he was giving this role because he wanted to play frank booth in blue velvet...and waited around around to audition to find dennis hopper hd been cast....he ranted in a similar way and david lynch remebered it...its great rant tho! :D
