@Mastkeiler swadians are teutonic, rhodoks are northern alps italians, sarranid sultanate is most likely arabic, khergit khanate is mongolic, nords are scandinavian and vaegirs are pre-muscovites

I actually think that the Vaegirs represent the Varangians more than they would represent pre-muscovite Russia.

No , Nords are totally based on Norway.Sarranids are arabic.Khergits are turkic tribes (included mongols).Swadians are totally holy german league.Vaegirs are rus.
