Hi Vince, thanks for the cool videos. What are your thoughts on over training for beginners? I've been lifting/doing cardio 5-6 days a week for about a month now. I want to continue, but I worry that over training will make my muscles actually smaller (particularly my arms). Should I take more rest days, or just keep working out hard 5-6 days a week?

@skullkiller123 I know you got lots of comments already (1 year ago).But I must say if you get sick from fruits and veg. you either have a health problem and need to see a dr or its a mind over matter thing and you need to slowly intro fruits and vegs.Because they have the vitamins,fiber etc.that help you get lean and muscular.That help keep your blood,digestive,skin,hair etc clean.If you just eat meat you can develope high blood pressure,high cholesterol,kidney stones,colon cancer...
41 pounds of muscle in 6 months.........? HIGHLY doubt that.

Your videos are cool but I suggest you stop making fake claims (a.k.a 41 lbs of muscle in 6 months ) ..There are others ways to try and sell your product and claims like these are not one of them . Even with hardcore workouts and perfect genetics , expect 8-10 lbs per year.
