The feeling you have in your body is what's choosing from the infinate possibilities. Say you are unwell and want to feel well... you can't get well focusing on the illness... what you can do is choose a different possibility by FEELING the feeling of wellness. If you're feeling love and appreciation you are choosing the things you want in life.... but if you're choosing fear then you are going to get more things to fear. What you are FEELING inside is what will be mirrored back to you in life.

Connecting the mind with the heart can promote mystic awareness.
