  • I find it best to plant my plants in full sun, then, for fertlizer, I mix lady bug brand nutrients with some poop from my toilet and disperse it around the plant base.

  • I've had the same experience with sun/shade. More sun does not mean more or bigger flower.

  • i have some giant sunflowers on the side of my house and they only get sun half the day and there doing just as good as the ones i have i full sun so dont let a little shade intimadate you these plants are so strong you would have to be tring to kill one to do it ive seen them half choped down hanging by just a little piece of matireal and started growing toward the sun again and i pulled one up and therw it to the side and found it a few days later growing its crazy anyhow happy gardening : )

  • My daughter's totem flower.
