  • Sir, Here is the deal. You should not be showing people VIA THE INTERNET how to trim a horse. Do you know the gaits of the horse? How a horse is supposed to move? How many pounds per sq INCH OF WIEGHT THE HORSE CARRIES???!! I believe that you should not do things like direct people except in person. I think that you are very wonderful to have mastered uploading videos, and I commend you, however you should not be trimming horses, nor should you give advice on trimming horses.

  • @darbydify So where are your videos to demonstrate your expertise? I was a full time professional farrier for 19 years, I have been trimming hooves for over 50 years, I certainly know how to trim and shoe horses. I have the right and in fact the obligation to share my farrier expertise to help others with their horses hooves. You have the right to your opinion, but back to "can't draw straight lines", kind of a cheap shot don't you think?

  • EWWW YOU CAN'T DRAW STRAIGHT LINES WHAT MAKES US THINK YOU CAN TRIM STRAIGHT

  • @darbydify where are your videos? What makes us think you are qualified to judge video production if you can't even upload 1 video? If you had ever drawn lines on a video you would know what a challenge it can be, the video was produced to help people do a better job of trimming horses, "help people" not win an academy awards or satisfy picky perfectionists.

  • Actually I live in a country where I cannot get anyone to trim a donkey's overgrown hooves - so I am glad this video is online! Thanks

  • @darbydify He's not telling you "DO THIS", he's explaining you how HE WORKS. And about straight lines, offer him a graphic tablet. ^^ I'm sure it's gonna be easier than with his lame mouse...

Thanks for the good video! My 2 stallions are barefoot and will never touch a shoe. :-) Love the barefoot-trimming!

  • Can't draw straight lines? Talks with a slur - hmmmmm....... Hoping people will look at videos such as those from "Lameness Prevention".

  • thaks alot it cleared alot for me thanks
