Cardinal Joseph Zen of Hong Kong has published a 22-page guide that explains the letter Pope Benedict XVI wrote to Chinese Catholics in 2007.

According to recent reports, the guide will be distributed at all Chinese parishes on November 30th, and will be available on the diocese website.

The guide titled An aid for reading the Holy Fathers letter to Catholics in China, includes remarks and explanations that Cardinal Zen hopes will clarify some of the Popes passages.

The pope wrote the letter to Chinese Catholics in June of 2007 and touched on burning issues, such as the topic of underground Catholics in China and the relationship between the Church and the government.

Some Chinese had reportedly felt the Popes letter sent a contradictory message. An idea Cardinal Zen want to put to rest.

  • @KevinR3i You know how many lies and contradictions in the man written scriptures?? And you want me to find the truth that? Ok. Churches rape kids and take your money.

  • @TrueGreatness73 Find out the truth from the Scriptures before you judge.

  • @purogto32 (quote) "Saul! Saul! Why persecutest thou me?"

  • @creptoin1 You are a sad victim of religion and of course you people hate debating because you're so messed up in the head. You're religion doesn't make scientific sense and also has so many contradictions its unbelievable. I have my own belief system and no I am not an atheist. Only wise minds can comprehend that if they have done the work.

  • @TrueGreatness73 LOL....You are pathetic. We do not worship the pope, we worship God. get that strait!

I'm sick of listening to people like you, who don't understand anything about what I believe.

    Again, you are pathetic!

Good day, God bless, and I will not respond to whatever you say next.

  • @creptoin1 Maybe if you learned how to research and investigate you would know the true message of the pope. Humans these days are too gullible. All they have to do is be a priest and tell lies and humans will fall for anything they say. I am about peace but this pope that you guys worship is not.

  • @TrueGreatness73 How about you look at religions that call for violence, not ones that call for peace.

  • @TrueGreatness73 this is where I get my info: books, news channels, radio, internet, magazines, history books. hows that for info!?

He is raging imaginary wars, and innocent people are always dying, and absolutely no other religion wants there religion to be #1. but lets not look at muslims, the ones that are really raging wars and killing innocent people because they do not believe in islam or because they are gay or got raped, they are not the ones calling for a caliphate.
