You do a burn out before the 1/4 mile run to heat up the tires which creates more traction. Thats why you didnt see the tires spin. If we didnt it would have. Actually we have 300lbs of ballasted weight in the bed for more traction! On 23" wheels and tiers its hard to get traction with over 500 HP.

At 31 seconds the Lightning truck behind it started its burnout, you dont see the truck because its zoomed in on the Saleen S331. The supercharger on those trucks sound awesome

@Slpboy06 ... probably price? Saleen isn't just a supercharger, they are actually an OEM manufacturer. The supercharged S331 costs in excess of 50 grand new, and though its sold through Ford dealerships, its a Saleen and costs as such. Though you have the advantage of supercar engineering.

That truck weighs much more then 5100lbs with driver. It's probally closer to 5500-5700lbs with driver.

impressive for a 5,100lb truck with a driver and extra 300lbs on top of that. these trucks stock are slow as crap tho. nothing a few bolt ons can't fix :)

This is a modded S331 right..I'm looking around for specs, but all I see is MT est of 15.0 in the 1/4..anyone know anything else?

13.5? i thought this truck can run like low 13.1's maybe 12's, but i guess it is a pick up. Nice though I want 1!. Even though a newer cobalt ss runs allmost 13.5s lol its cool though..
