this man are weaker that woman...bla bla bla... children----bla bla ... drive me nuts. Why must everything drive as a competition. Train because you lilke it und cause you like the results and your feeling. To improve your main sport maybe...but when you doing it to make other people bad you are nothing more like a racist.

My wife has just dipped her toe into the vast ocean that is kettlebell training. Thanks for posting this video. I sent it to her for a little inspiration. I'm currently teaching her the clean, which she is showing great progression. What is the name of the drill at 0:07 the two women are doing? I looks like a clean progression that would help her, but I would like to have the proper name and purpose for it. Thanks

I a womon who loves kettlebells and the dramatic effect they give, including on our abs and butts. How does that "interviewer" keep such an uptight expression when she is saying, "the Belle butt theory...I'm intrigued by this and would like you to expand upon this?" It's pretty funny...lighten up and smile!

RKC Kettlebell training is perfect for women, Women are strong so they can do what ever they wants and be proud doing so.
I have been doing Kettlebells for several months now, and as someone who has been strength training since age 12(I am 42 now), I have to say it is entirely different than anything else I have tried, it's tough, a super fast fat burner, cardio and weights all rolled into one, and above all, and most importantly, super fun to do!! I absolutely love it.

Great interviews by the even greater Amanda! I hope Amanda covers more events like this one because, thanks to her charm and her wit, she is the perfect host! Go Amanda!
