Our government has spent millions if not billions of our dollars on this. Why? And why is nobody asking "why". This is fucking sick. You aren't going to use this against enemies that are shooting guns at you obviously, so it can only be used against those who aren't. Basically, civilians.
Another example of our government developing weapons that could easily and most effectively be used against us and having the balls to show it on national television. Because who gives a shit right?
