that's wretched. i rarely believe in fines and legal resorts, but something SERIOUSLY should be done as punitive measure to these IDIOTS literally unloading sewage into our beautiful oceans?!! OMFG!! that's insane. This needs to have 5 million views to make people aware of how important it is to maintain pristine nature wilderness and nature environment clarity.
