  • @ethos24success - i used lotus and another mudra today in a 2.5hr yoga class where I held long poses -very present to little changes - they totally work.

  • If I feel headache,I just do exercise or dance...when we r tired,our body need more oxygen we will breath fast than usual,automatically,the oxygen sent2 brain faster..headache gone.....n hv fun! disease come from heart,not real...control ur heart n mind...all gone..!stay healthy!
