  • @zeroxjohn Try it every other day (or 3 times per week) in the beginning and see how your body responds. It's a great workout to add in with your current routine. Thanks!

  • should I do this twice ?

  • yoga can't b intense, its always slow n steady more focus is on stretching , when u stretch properly u tend to get a tonned up part, plz don't call this yoga
