    The Israeli command center is in the middle of the city in Tel-Aviv. They must be trying to hide in crowded areas where there are civilians.

    One must wonder why does hamas choose to be attacked when he is in crowded area. the answer of coures is that he knows that all around the world people will get the idea that israel voilate humen rights. This is there way to achieve palastinine state without direct negotiation.
