Love Party is also known as the couple license. When you are married, you get "couple exp" (hearts) by playing together with your couple. Once you have accumulate a certain amount of hearts your couple level goes up. Every 5 levels you can buy a Love party card (cash item) and passing the requirements will give you a new ring!
