It's a cool Idea but needs more work, You should try to control the shape of the structure by turning on and off different sections of the volume, It would be cool not just retaining parts of the exterior of the bag but attaching the center of the fan to the top of the bubble in the inside, that way you can have more interesting shapes. Check oosterhuis or architects of AIR.
