Correction - $100 MILLION to these people (the filthy rich Saudis) is like a couple hundred but I'm sure even $100 billion is not even that big of an amount to the Saudis. They would just need to maybe to scale back on a few bombs to the mujaheeden.

He should lobby his fellow muslims in Saudi Arabia, Iran, Libya, Kuwait, etc. They have billion$, maybe trillion$ of petrodollars to spare. Heck the vast majority of the 9-11 devout muslim terrorists were from Saudi Arabia. Surly King Abdul Jihad would be proud to build the thing for you. I'm sure even the Bin Laden family would be happy to make a generous donation. $100 billion to these people is like a couple hundred to the average Mohammads he soliciting.
