  • @leekumkeerecipes Non stick cookware doesn't reach high enough temperatures for western domestic stoves. Nowadays there are lightweight cast iron cookware that retains heat much better (they weigh no more than 3 lbs).A combination of high heat and not overcrowding the wok is essential for a proper wok result,
