Lorieellesh, interesting that you replied defending an ill-mannered comment. don't bother lecturing on manners, or comments. people post comments. "That's what this is all about."

@openhonest Thanks for the tip. I never know what kind of meat to buy for the best pot roast. Is top round tender? It seems almost all the videos recommend chuck.
-
@2ndAsstJizzMopper Did you ever consider an anger management class and perhaps one in good manners??
-
Lorieellesh, people who aren't assholes recognize that people have different tastes. asserting, "She really didn't add enough seasoning" implies error, not difference in taste. now go fuck yourself, for "improvement", along with the tasteless cretins.

@2ndAsstJizzMopper People post their comments/improvements and/or suggestions to the video. That's what this is all about.

@Energi2DmaxX I didn't say FAT was a bad thing....simply pointing out my preference is a leaner cut of meat.
Fat is where the flavor is, but I want meat meat, not meat with a bunch of fat all over...

Fat is where the flavor is, and IDK why people have been told to be scared of fat... theres so much amino acids, vitamins and good stuff in beef fat, not talking about
having it greesy about TBS per serving do ya good, and your going to need a bit if your gonna make a roux
She really didn't add enough seasoning. I'm thinking this would be a bit bland. She could have used fresh garlic cloves and seasoned the roast with garlic powder and onion powder along with the salt and pepper.
