Discover why Han has a price on his head and what the Empire wants with the cargo. In this untold tale, Han and Chewie evade the Empire, loose their cargo, and get revenge. Presented in stereoscopic 3D this short film won the 2010 fan film awards at Star Wars Celebration V in Orlando Florida. We won for "Best Animation"

  • The Solo Adventures was created in Lightwave 3D v9.6 and comped in Nuke 6.1 It took 12 weeks and a crew of 26 students.

  • okay whoever did Han's voice nailed it, just gotta say that first. Man this was good - would love to see more of this.

  • @DJsStratoArt That would be John Armstrong. He was awesome. I would love to make more of these, but I have some other interests. However if Lucas wants to throw money my way, I would certainly write and direct a few more.

  • YouTube decided that this infringed on copyright, although its a legit legal fan film as per the rules from LucasFilm. and when its listed like that it loses the 3D player where you can pick your type of 3D.

  • Which type of 3D glasses do I need?

  • You use whatever kind you have. The YouTube 3D player lets you choose red/cyan or whatever you have to view it.

  • Han WAS an an Imperial Officier first! But he left and became the character we all know today. JUST to clear up when he says "I'll never work for the Empire". BUT THIS IS SO SPOT ON! AMAZING HAN SOLO VOICE AND JUST GREATLY EXCECUTED ALL AROUND! =D

  • So what? I'm supposed to watch each side of the screen with one eye?
