This is my first look at the "Terrell Owens super strong man" resistance bands system by bodylastics they feel and look solidly built the anchors, straps, and hand grips are of very good quality. The system I bought was terrell owns super strong man system $99 they do make two other systems. One called Basic Tension $49 which is missing the black band (23)lbs and two orange bands(30)lbs Then there is the Max tension $68 which is missing just the two orange bands. I will use these bands for a month or so and report my findings.

  • @72lmtheman I don't even know who that is, I had to google it. Anyway it's my own experience I used to be a power lifter when I was in high school until I got hurt in a accident and had to stop. I use it in addition to my regular barbells.

  • Do you still have the bands? Check out my vid of what Scooby thinks of bands.

  • @72Imtheman Yes I do, and in response to the video you said to check, the bands are effective for all levels of weight lifters you just need to use the proper level of resistance and change up your exercises. One directional movements with support of a bar cuts off many muscle groups, although doing the band work outs for advanced lifters seem easy its working muscles you normally cant with conventional lifting.

  • Can you tell me where you order this product and the company. Thank you

  • @TheVoicetothenations hi, I bought my system on amazon.com the brand is bodylastics

  • Thank you for the review! I already bought one, but if I had seen this video before hand, it would have speed up my willing of purchasing it!

It is very well made, really nice parts! I'm just a little hesitant about the door anchor....always afraid that it would get loose and get slammed in the face! Other than that, the product is great!

  • @paxempi aslong as you do it with the door closing toward you , you will be fine. If your door opens toward you though where you work out you need to get a dead bolt or something that will securely keep the door closed.

  • Check out Gorilla Bands. They are more affordable and better construction.

  • @CallMeTonyG Did you make that up or did Blake Kassel tell you that garbage.

  • Hi, how many lbs would you need to tone legs for a woman intermediate exerciser? I'm looking at products like this one (ebay link followed by itm/30-lb-Lateral-Resistor-2-Lifeline-USA-/150701287431?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item23167f2807#ht_1199wt_1139 ) and I'm confused b/c I don't know if this is 30 lbs or 90 lbs. 90 lbs for lateral moves seems impossible and extreme. Thank you very much for any input.
