because the poachers were dumb anough to take them to the taxedermy and when it was proven that they were poaching they had the record.

thank god people like this get caught...also the poachers in the world make it harder on the honest people who abide by the law and do things legaly

You have to give your taxidermist your check in tag with the confirmation number. If the taxidermist has the numbers on file, then you'll be OK.
