actually good watchin out there dude, he is jamming his hand into his mouth. But the fake part is the puke. He wanted to puke after being ollied onto, so he jams his hand into his mouth to induce vomiting.

He didn't vomit, but you can see that he tries. But he did burst a blood vessel in his nose, as he tends to do when he tries too hard to vomit.
