Total Agenda 21 to me. I bought drapes and there were two labels on the inside of the drape. One was normal fabric and the other had one of those plastic UPC codes that have a metal tab inside that are normally on the outside of a package or box (it's white plastic, but you can open it up and theres a 1-1/4 metal chip inside).
