@shawtrinitee10 and @John1948FourA .... yup, those were definitely the 'style in the mid 80's... As a young woman then, I hated that part of the 80's: if you weren't wearing a HUGE torn-shoulder WHAM! shirt over STIRRUP leggings and ugly flats, you were wearing one of those horrid 'prom dress' type affairs (and in the 'metallic' colors with matching pumps - oh my!)

@maraflore Are you serious? Abetter question would be "How can you NOT dance to that?"!!

They are from the 60's around 64, I love this song, just found out it's 1965.

@shawtrinitee10 Most definitely the 80's!

@royal5th I agree. I like it better with just the percussion. The instrumentation doesn't add anything.

@shawtrinitee10 I don't know what year that was. It was much later than the original release. Tell your daughter that those dresses were never in style.

@John1948FourA -Those dresses were indeed (unfortunately) in style. C'mon. Where were you in the 80's?

@MrHartc I was working, getting married, listening to good music and avoiding women who dressed in neon dresses. LOL
