This week we're kicking off the Need for Speed The Run Insider Series! This series will feature members of the development team talking about their work and the features they are working on as well as answering questions from the community.
We're starting off the series with Kirk Gibbons who is the Lead Art Director for The Run. In this short video he talks a little bit about the game, its art direction and the team building all the environments.
This is the first of many, many episodes that we'll be releasing in the coming weeks and months. Because it's the first we're didn't answer any questions from the community, however, we will in future episodes. They have released these interviews, they have posted the 8 min gameplay of the the E3 demo, IGN has done a video with a race in a GT3 Porche, there are already some cars revealed......still it still needs 3 months for the relsease? Really? I mean, what can they possibly be doing that takes so long?

Can anyone tell me if this game will support Direct x11, since it uses the Frostbite 2 Engine which supports it.

Bring back the awesome arcade style because i'm pretty sick of all those simulators like: GT5, NFS shift 2, Forza 4 it's boring without helicopters chasing you.
