Testing out and practicing with a new Nikkor tilt shift (perspective control) lens. Filmed with a PC-E Micro NIKKOR 45mm f/2.8 ED on a Nikon D3 and D5000 in Sacramento, CA.
The D3 was used to take stills which were sped up to create movement and the D5000 was used to shoot 720p video in D-movie mode.
