i blame mii dad ; when i was younger i seen him biting his nails and i sed y r u biting ur nails so he replys because i dont wanna have bih long girly nails soo im like me neither chew chew che wchew chew

Thank you for the tips! My nails don't even go past my finger tips. I'm going to buy everything you listed and hopefully stop biting my nails. I caught myself biting them when writing this comment and stopped but I hope your technique works!

every now and then i end up biting my nails and then I end up regretting it because they look so gross :( I always end up going back to using this technique to get my nails growing again. Good luck!
