ey arash, as a gymnastist how much flexibility do you really need? do i need to be able to do the splits and such?

insane plz sub back :)

@strengthproject thats very unfortunate. A great excercise that would help sustain knee injuries would be the hindu squat. The great gama used to do 4000 of these a day and developed monster legs.

@GuyInArmor
When I was jumping high, I was at 155-160, height at 5'9". Now I weight 170, I lift a lot more and stronger in terms of weight lifting. I need to get back on the calisthenics/plyometrics.

I dont know. I just landed on a bad part of the floor. Some sort of impact injury. Every time I would extend my knee, it was very painful. Extension, kicks, jumping... All those were very painful
