I'm not a crazy great tumbler. I just do it for fun so dont mind the technique :) This is about 2 weeks before injuring my knee. I hurt myself on this same floor. There was a week spot on the gymnastics floor and I landed right on that spot.

  • Yo Arash, what's your height and weight? Just wondering.

  • @GuyInArmor

When I was jumping high, I was at 155-160, height at 5'9". Now I weight 170, I lift a lot more and stronger in terms of weight lifting. I need to get back on the calisthenics/plyometrics.

  • You can jump high can you dunk a basketball?

  • @xXNovaxDeathxStarXx

I use to. Hopefully when i get a fully recovery i'll be back there

  • what kind of injury was it dude?

  • @bbsfactor7x7

I dont know. I just landed on a bad part of the floor. Some sort of impact injury. Every time I would extend my knee, it was very painful. Extension, kicks, jumping... All those were very painful

  • ey arash, as a gymnastist how much flexibility do you really need? do i need to be able to do the splits and such?

  • insane plz sub back :)

  • @strengthproject thats very unfortunate. A great excercise that would help sustain knee injuries would be the hindu squat. The great gama used to do 4000 of these a day and developed monster legs.

  • 00:22-00:26 looks like its in fast motion. impressive speed flip skills

  • @strengthproject my friend zach is a freerunner and he is 16 and 5'7" and he can dunk

  • @plamenxyzpenchev The floor is not a ordinary floor.

it boost you, not much though but it makes a diffrence.

  • Some exercise for higher jumping? PLEASE

  • Craaazy

  • hope u recover soon^^

  • I'm 14 5'11 and weigh 177lbs, I'm quite muscular
