This is wonderful. I have been listening to an Elizabeth Schwarzkopf version from 1944 and was was impressed by the piano and your rendition is superior in many respects. This is almost a description of light reflected by water and perhaps this is what Strauss was trying to achieve. Thank you very much.

you should turn up the video's gain.. aka make it a bit louder. i've used your accompaniments before; great resource! however, it's very difficult to hear! beautiful work though.
