Repulsion was recorded in 1986, so it is the first grindcore record recorded but ND's "Scum" was released in 1987, making it the first grindcore record released. Still everytime I saw ND they playaed the opening to Stench of Burning Death before playing "Deceiver." Classic bands

why arguing so much for the genre? Hardcore punk + Thrash Metal = Crossover Thrash, Hardcore punk + Hate = Crust Punk, Crust Punk + even more fuckin' Hate = Grindcore, and this is grindcore at it's original and true form
