That decoding thing looks like its a pain in the butt to be honest. It seems though that once you arrest someone, the messages automatically get decoded though, if they sent or received ones that is.

This game looks interesting. but i dont think i could play it...i'm no good at..doing this kinda stuff.

You can break into an allied organization, find the password for their computer and type in the name of the organization your looking fore and you will get their HQ in the city your currently in.
OR you can watch the building and follow one of the persons that leaves the building. Look for a face you have seen when taking photos.

@IkeVanDykeLmS DOSBox, the program. I hear you can get it working in VDMS also, but I've never tried that.
