Yes, as a matter of fact. A newer version of Mac-Enstein 3D is out that has all the sounds and sound effects from the Mac/3DO version, though the music is still the same, but you don't need to emulate the game, it will work on XP itself (and Vista) and not DOSBox. The link to download it is in my gameplay video of Mac-Enstein 3D.

Fail, I do have macenstein. Yet it is nothing compared to the shear awesomeness of the actual mac version. =3

There's a new SDL version that's WAY more like the Mac version. Its XP and Vista compatible.
