how do you hook it all up to the regular stereo in the house? is it easy to do? and how much did the kicker and amp cost...what kind of amp?

The only reason I can have it hooked up like this is because the kicker has dual 4 ohm voice coils that equal 8 ohms, which is what a home stereo uses.
The kicker was $450 (plus the box) and the amp is just a nice mitsubishi receiver (about $300 I think) if you have any more questions I would be happy to answer them
