@pescavore some wader materials may float but 73mandalas' point was a word to the inexperienced who hopefully will live long enough to get wise. any material will act as a drag in rough drink, ive seen awfully baggy chest highs that i would hate to be trying to save myself in .it may never kill you but its not the safest practice. yes i wear mine in my yak sometimes. we must care for the beginners, for they know not what they do. livin it, lovin it

How do you get started in this :) and how do you not capsize? I live in SoCal so I am interested in getting started. I can't afford the charter boat trips. I hear they can cost 4k per person. Granted you might catch a yellow fin tuna! Thanks for any advice.

thats impressive shit. nice broskie nice.

pretty damn cool if you ask me. Takes some balls to be out on the open ocean in a kayak like that. I have seen some fishing vids where they pull in nothing but a fish head where the body was bitten off by another predator during the retrieve. That would be a little unerving.

why is it not true? looks good enough for me.

how far out are you and what part of lalla shores are you at?

Awesome man, I want to eat it!!
Excellent stuff but you shouldn't wear waders on a yak, if you go over they fill up and you could get into some trouble especially if it gets rough. This comment is more of a pointer to others who may not be to experienced in the drink
