Empty Palette for Pressed Pigments

They're not magnetic but I have an idea.
I could probably paint the bottom of the wells with magnetic paint and just stick on a magnet to the pans and there you go. That way, I could interchange any magnetic pan I have. I might try it depending on how much the magnetic paint costs. =)

UPDATE: Oooh, it's expensive! OK, probably not. LoL =D But still a good idea...Or I could glue down thin sheets of metal on the bottom of the wells, like the ones at the bottom of my extra elf palettes that I'm not using. Hmm...

Yes, they fit perfectly.

You know those sample sizes from EDM that come in those 5g jars but has 1g of product? Well, I used less than that amount, about 3/4 of it and it filled the whole bottom of the pan. If you can spread it out to fill up the bottom of the pan then it's fine. For me, the matte colors held up better than the shimmery ones. HTH =)

Thanks for showing this. I planned on getting their empty pans, also for my Bare Minerals loose shadows, but I think I want to get the MAC palette since it's magnetic and there's no foam. I was worried the CS pans wouldn't fit in the MAC palette, so now I'm happy!

hey girlly. i got my palette today! i ordered it from starsmakeuphaven. just wondering.. about how much eyeshadow fits in the pan? cause i wanted to press my pure luxe eyeshadows but i dont think theres enough product in the sample size...let me know! xoxo
