@melanie3599 Why does this look strange?

@nehajary1 south Asians are not exploiting their culture. some people make fun of others only because they don't know enough of them. if you are proud of your culture then you don't need it to keep a secret. Embrace it with dignity and in limits.
I am an Indian and I embrace it. I stand out in people. There will be a moment where people think i look funny, i sound funny, or i dress awkward. but it should not matter if you believe that your culture is beautiful and worth embracing.

to prove my point how this just looks strange my little sister said "change this it loooks disturbing " lol

I just rented one of her workouts for like 3 dollars. They are so enjoyable. I was surprised with I checked and found out I had finished like half the video and did not realize. But I'm sure I looked like a crazed idiot doing the last part. oh well no one was watching. For more info on renting to try it out, visit my page.

@feroziqbal45 Well since I have been through it all I'm not sure if they will give me nightmares, but I do agree with you.
But you can't help but agree with the fact that India has changed more in the last 10 years than it has in the last 40 :).
Not everything will change I guess, but I think it's is getting better than it was.

it's ok it'ok :-) I understand you. Actually, I live in Austria but I'm from Italy. Well, Austria has got a very sad past of course and Italy too. There have been a lot of documentaries about war too. That's good. People must know what happened and take care that this won't happen again. I was not being cynical. I'm not. I hope you can read my lines in a different light now. I'm a peaceful person.

@suraah :Fine.Allright.
I'm not looking for a fight or your permission to be proud of my country.Austria has problems too.Unemployed fools from my country don't go there and record videos of the poor destitute hungry ,the inbred monarch related stuff & fathers locking theur daughters in cellars & then badger unsuspecting ppl back home into believing this is the 'real' austria.I expect the same from the other side.

Well, many people I know went to Delhi. I meant documentaries which show reality as it is. Of course there are some for tourists. I didn't mean those. Every country has interesting people, landscape, food, culture, problems etc. India is one of those. I'm not looking for a fight here. You can be proud of your country. I hope to be able to visit it one day.

@suraah :Again,don't generalise bollywood.There are songless realistic movies being made,there are others that follow the ost system.
' But many people know what the situation is like in India thanks to the news and documentaries. '
Those documentaries exoticising every aspect of my country make me sick.They don't show you our diversity.Outside india,not many people know it snows in parts of india.Or that some of the richest localities in the world alongwith poor ones exist here.
-
@suraah :Hmmm....India is the most diverse country on the planet.every major religion is well-represented & there are more than 20 official & many more unofficial languages.every race of people,except blue-eyed blondes,for all practical purposes exist there too.So,there are some states that are doing well for themselves and are prosperous & then there are others that are sadly not doing so well with a large majority of people being poor.depends where your westerner friends went.
Yeah, she is cool.
