Well I saw a Twilight vid with this song, and I got attached to it :].

OKAY WELL THIS IS A LONG ASS STORY.

Originally, Ashe/Rasler; Penelo/Vaan; and Fran/Balthier were all together. But after Rasler dies Ashe wants to find someone new. And settles for Vaan, even though she knows he's with Penelo. Vaan has a tough choice to make..but in the end he chooses Ashe. Penelo, who doesn't know what to do, turns to Larsa. Larsa admits his feelings and they get together. Everything seems to be going okay once again. Then Ashe breaks up with Vaan, for Balthier; who is confused on wether he wants Ashe or Fran, so Vaan wants to get Penelo back. But Penelo is really into Larsa so she turns Vaan down. Meanwhile nothing really happens between Ashe/Balthier so they just stay friends, even though Fran is wary. Then Larsa starts to think Penelo likes Vaan, even though she doesn't. So they 'half breakup'. Now Penelo has to choose..and it is very easy. Larsa is the one she cares for! So she leaves Vaan behind. Then Basch helps Ashe realize she loves Vaan so they get back together. Fran/Balthier also end up together :D.

She does love him. True, she wouldn't move on straight away. But after time, she might. Just because she moves on, doesn't mean she doesn't love Rasler. And i'm sure he would want her to live her life.

But, the thing is.. I would devote my life to that person who has died and left this world. I'm not simply like every other human on Earth. I'd hurt, but I'd just be waiting, happy by myself, because I'd know that that person would be watching over me. I wouldn't 'cheat' on them. Because just because they are gone, once you're gone too, you'll be with them again. I'll still be married, even if I become a 'widow. ' I'll tough it out, because it'll be a test for my sanity, which I will pass.

I doubt if you were in her situation,being 19 and young.You would devote yourself to someone who has died that you love for the whole rest of your life.You can still love them.But life goes on,you can't dwell on the past. If this was real life she would get married again.

Weeell; looks like its my time to step in xD.

Both of you's are right. Ashe would have to eventually morn and move on because she cant be with him; that wasnt even really his ghost; it was something they made so she would betray the kingdom or something like that. She knows that she cant be with him anymore but she will always love and care for him. There for; you both are right.
