@thinker900 on one level we are all Starseeds yes. But not everyone is an "activated" Starseed which are the individuals referred to here....

If it possible for a polarised service to self individual to attain an energetic match, if only rarely, how is it possible? Also, what does it mean to be neutral? is it the same the as being un-polarised or is it something different?

@bistokidsfan it is not the same as unpolarised, I will ask the Nine to speak more on the neutral observer and bring forward in a video.
