Hi and congrats on your wl, and one day at a time, I will follow your journey, cause we both have the REALIZE BAND, I have a question, how is ur band, meaning is it a 11cc band or larger?, I was just curious of the size of R/BAND, Best wishes.

Tomorrow is my realize band surgery. I'm happy I found someone who choose the realize band over the lap band.

@Bandstress I am training for another police department, i do love to run, but this past week i havent, im going to start back up this coming week
