It didn't do anything to the LR3 at all. The driver did not even know it had happened until he looked in his rear view mirror and could not see the car...

oh realy now? well maybe then u should have put that in the DESCRIPTION STUPID FUCK! All u posted was that it crashed during tow, nohting else, shoulda put WHY u crashed to leave no ASSUMTIONS! have u learned anyhting here? if it locks hit breaks, warn the tow vehicle u have a problem, lay on the horn, flash your lights, something man. but u did nothing to wrn there was another problem. still YOUR fault, and i would still sue.

You really think that I had time to do any of what you suggest??? The only thing I managed to do was press on the breaks as hard as possible. But I guess you don't know about vacuum assisted breaks and wet grass....
