do i really have to keep more than one rabbit? earlier this year i have 2 rabbits but now i only have 1 because the other one died. i think because my bigger rabbit suffocated the smaller one. i once saw her lying above the smaller rabbit

@sojugerl Unless you can give the one rabbit enough time and attention then it is advised you keep two as they are social animals. Try to get two females as they usually get along well together.

i wanted a bunnie 4 ages and now im finally getting 1. i had an old treehouse that wasnt accually in a tree it was just on stilts with a ramp into it and im revamping it into the bunies bedroom and then making a run outside the treehouse. it is much bettter to keep them outside in their natural environment where they are happy and content. btw watch out if u have a dog that is a hunting breed koz i do and he is mad and i think im gonna have a problem wit him!!!

I really don't understand why people keep rabbits in a hutch outside when they can perfectly live indoors without a hutch. This kind of rabbit is known as a House Rabbit and it's certainly a better way of living then living outside when it can become cold.

Yes I under stand. At the moment with this harsh winter my current rabbits are inside, but when the sun starts to shine I think its much better to keep rabbits outside in a more natural environment.

i was wondering. can i dry the grass of my yard and substitute it for hay? where im from, the petstore/ feed store is quite far.

its sometimes not best to keep them in a cage and you dont half to have to of them one is perfectly fine. just give them lots of attention

@RocketeerRaccoon I keep my rabbit in a hutch outside. Mostly because my parents do not allow me to bring my rabbit in the house, nevermind live in it. But also, outside is a more natural environment for a rabbit and so i dont have to worry about her chewing on wires.
